C Care Optics was founded in 2005 by Khalil & Kefah khalaily, with the vision of providing better care for patients with complex eye conditions.

Today, C-Care Optics is one of the top clinics in Israel, with a vast experience in the treatment of various eye conditions.

Khalil Khalaily
Khalil is a clinical optometrist, one of the top optometrists in Israel, with a B.Sc degree in clinical optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia, USA (Salus University in the USA).
He also holds an M.Sc in clinical optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia. In the past, he served as an operations manager and professional manager in a large optic chain. Khalil serves as an examiner in the practical optometry tests of the Ministry of Health.
As a veteran in the optometry field, khalil believes in building a personal relationship with each patient, thus recruiting them to the process of bettering their own health.

Kefah Khalaily
Kefah's background in industry & management, marketing and interior design is one of the key factors to our success as a clinic. As an industrial engineer, Kefah leads our clinic with the goal of reaching the best outcome for our patients. For almost two decades, Kefah has been providing better, personalized healthcare for thousands of patients. Furthermore, Kefah has used her designing skills and healthcare psychology to design a space that better accommodates our clients:
"As an interior designer, it wanted to create a design that speaks to our patients, makes them feel at home".

Tikva Fialkoff
Tikva studied at Jerusalem's Hadassah College of Technology graduating with a B.Optom.
After becoming certified by the Board of Health, and over the past 12 years, Tikva has gained vast experience in the Optometry field; working in boutique shops & performing exams and individual fittings for hundreds of clients. Additionally, Tikva worked alongside several doctors with varying specialities including General, Pediatric and Retinal Ophthalmologists. She builds a relationship with each patient and works with them to determine their expectations & advises the various and best options for each pateint.
